About This Plan

This Exclusive plan features an exterior displaying an abundance of strong visual design elements that anchor the home beautifully. Brick, board and batten, rustic beams, and window trim along with a relaxing front covered porch are found in the Modern Farmhouse design. The home sits on a slab foundation; however, there is the potential for a basement foundation as well. Along with the optional overhead bonus room, the plan has the ability to grow with your family and their needs. The plan features three, possibly four bedrooms, two plus baths, an office, and a large open floor plan within approximately 2,534 square feet of living space. The front porch opens onto the foyer and immediately displays the open floor plan which includes a family room, dining space and kitchen. The family room is quite large and features vaulted ceilings along with a centrally located fireplace. The dining and kitchen are adjacent to one another making this space perfect for gathering family and friends for all types of occasions with ease and functionality. The kitchen showcases a large center island, plenty of counter and cabinet space and a corner pantry. A rear covered porch provides all kinds of entertainment possibilities and is accessible from the dining room through French doors.


The private family rooms include two bedrooms and a bath on one side of the home. Bedroom three is spacious with double window views and plentiful closet space while bedroom two is slightly larger with a walk-in closet. The shared hall bath features linen space, double sinks, and a tub/shower combination. The private owner’s suite is located across the home and provides a large bedroom with a tray ceiling and loads of window views for a bright and airy retreat.
